Locally sourced eucalyptus, geranium, rose petals, onion skins, pomegranate and iron have been intentionally infused into the silk, creating one of a kind pattern and texture... never to be replicated.

All Australian orders are posted in plastic free packaging using Australia Post services. 

 

Standard postage within Australia is complimentary.

 

Express post within Australia is posted with Australia Post for an additional cost of $10.

Please email to arrange prior to purchase so we can confirm it is possible. 

(Note that this option is not plastic free). 

International orders are sent with Australia Post. Postage is a flat rate of $30.

Lunarc is legally required to declare the full value paid on shipments and must include an invoice for customs should they require it. 

Any custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed are the full responsibility of the customer. 

Lunarc does not accept return of orders due to the recipient being charged customs fees or duties.

We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information regarding taxes and duties payable in your region

before finalising purchases. 

RETURNS

​We want you to adore your purchase from Lunarc. ​If for any reason you are not in love with the garment you purchased you may contact us for a refund or exchange (excluding postage) within 10 days of purchase.

Returned items must be unworn and unwashed with all original tags attached. ​Please re-package the purchase with the same care and respect shown as when it was sent to you. ​

All returns should be sent via registered post. Returned items lost in the post are not the responsibility of ​Lunarc.

 

We do not refund shipping charges unless your items are faulty.

 

Exchanges will be resent at ​the customers​ cost. ​​

All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers. Returns that are damaged, show signs of wear or do not have their original tags attached may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.

Your refund will be credited to the original credit card or paypal account.

Please note credit card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. this can vary between card issuers and unfortunately we are unable to influence this.
